FEATURED on Style Me Pretty :)

I could not be more excited to share this news!!  Style Me Pretty has chosen Paige and Justin's shoot for a feature on their blog.  When I found out this was happening, I cried.  Then I jumped up and down.  Then I laughed at myself for doing both of those things.  Sigh.  The reason this feature is so important is because it's my first as a solo photographer.  I've been featured in multiple magazines, blogs, books, etc as a company photographer.  It is always an honor and I was always excited about it in the past, but this time it's my name.  It's not "photos by Rachel of ....".  It's my name.

I met up with Abby Larson (founder of Style Me Pretty) when she was in Boston for her first book signing, Style Me Pretty Weddings.  She was so sweet and down to earth - exactly how she writes on the blog.  She was being pulled in every direction, but she managed to stop long enough to give me a word of encouragement in my new endeavor.  I'll never forget it.  A few days later, I got notice of the feature.  Thank you, Abby!
