Southern Bride and Groom Magazine wrote a sweet little feature on me.  The full feature has a few pictures that aren't on my website or blog, so be sure to check it out!  Also, brides in NC - pick up a copy of the magazine! It's an amazing resource for local vendors and inspiration for your big day.

I received a late night email from The Learned Bride saying one of my weddings made their top ten list for 2014.  I couldn't wait to share the news!  Cheers to the new year!

Hi there!  I've been positively giddy over all the mini features that have been popping up and I thought I'd share one that made my heart full.  The amazing wedding cake by Imaginary Cakes from my recent shoot with Style Me Pretty was featured on Vintage Rose Brocante.  Woot woot!

Melanie and Matt's wedding was so beautiful and I was beyond thrilled when Style Me Pretty chose to feature it.  There are so many beautiful details in this wedding, but my favorite might be the flowers.  Navya from Little Flower Cottage knocked it out of the park.  Pretty please (with sugar on top) go here to see the entire feature and say something nice in their comments box!

It was my pleasure to work with the following vendors:

It has been a pretty amazing week so far here at Rachel Red Photography, and it's only getting better. Get ready to catch your breathe from this gorgeous feature on Style Me Pretty's Little Black Book Blog.  I've been wanting to shoot weddings on the island again, so I got in touch with Shauna from The Bald Head Island Club about the possibility of doing a styled shoot and she was all for it!  Kickstand Events did a fabulous job with the florals, Jaimie with Kickstand put the vision together and made things happen, and I got to work with one of my former brides, Rene' for the models' hair.  It was a pretty fantastic day and I'm thrilled with the results.  Please stop by the blog to view all the gorgeousness and leave a comment on what you think!

I'm so thankful to work with some of the most talented people in the business.  The following vendors are exceptional at what they do:

Event Design - Jaimie Thomas with Kickstand Events
Florals - Kickstand Events
Linens - Party Suppliers
Hair - Rene Adams with Harbour Club Day Spa
Makeup - Kelly Noe with Harbour Club Day Spa
